• Processing Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and evaluate the returned products. 

Refund Eligibility Criteria 

If you wish to initiate a return, our customer service team is ready to assist! Please provide your order number, a detailed description of your return request, and any pertinent documentation. Include your contact information for follow-up. All products must be returned unused, with their original packaging and tags still affixed.
